LMG’s complaints process.
LMG says its internal complaints process is available free of charge and encourages customers to raise concerns so they can be reviewed.
Making a complaint
- Provide your contact details and a clear description of the concern.
- Include relevant dates, people, documents and the outcome you are seeking.
- Use the current phone, email or postal details shown on LMG’s official complaints page.
If a complaint is not resolved
LMG’s page explains its response process and provides information about external escalation to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), subject to AFCA’s rules and eligibility requirements.
